1. 取得する情報

会員登録またはお問い合わせの際に、氏名、メールアドレス、所属機関、居住国、専門分野などの情報をご提供いただきます。 Googleアカウントでログインされた場合、Googleよりお名前とメールアドレスのみを取得します。 本サービスの一部のページ（イベント参加状況など個人に関連する情報）は、ログイン後にのみ閲覧可能です。 一般公開ページ（イベント一覧、組織概要など）の閲覧にはログインは不要です。

2. 利用目的

取得した情報は、以下の目的にのみ使用します。

• 会員の登録・管理
• イベントおよびミーティングの案内・運営
• お問い合わせへの対応
• 本サービスの改善

3. Google APIの利用について

本サービスの管理者機能では、団体の公式Googleアカウント（swanofjapan@gmail.com）に対して、 以下のGoogle APIを使用しています。

• Google Calendar API：SWAN Japanが主催するイベントおよびミーティングの予定を、団体の公式Googleカレンダーに登録・管理するために使用します。 会員個人のカレンダーへの書き込みは行いません。
• Google Drive API / Google Docs API：ミーティングのアジェンダや議事録などのドキュメントを、団体の公式Googleドライブ内に作成・管理するために使用します。

これらのAPIを通じて取得・生成されたデータは、上記の目的以外には使用しません。 また、第三者への提供、広告目的での利用、人間が読む場合を除く外部への転送は行いません。 Google APIを通じた認証情報（リフレッシュトークン）は、当団体が管理するサーバー上のPostgreSQLデータベースに暗号化された通信を通じて保存され、管理者以外はアクセスできません。

本サービスのGoogle APIの利用は、Google APIサービスユーザーデータポリシー（Limited Use要件を含む）に完全に準拠しています。

4. 第三者への提供

当団体は、法令に基づく場合を除き、取得した個人情報を第三者に提供することはありません。 本サービスは有料サービスや広告を提供しておらず、商業目的での個人情報の利用は一切行いません。

5. 保管と管理

個人情報およびGoogle APIを通じた認証情報は、当団体が管理するサーバー上のデータベースに保管します。 不正アクセス、漏えい、改ざん、紛失を防ぐための適切な安全管理措置を講じています。

1. Information We Collect

When registering as a member or submitting an inquiry, you provide us with information such as your name, email address, institutional affiliation, country of residence, and area of expertise. If you sign in with a Google account, we receive only your name and email address from Google as basic profile information.

Most pages on this Service (event listings, organization information, etc.) are publicly accessible without logging in. Certain pages showing personal information — such as your event participation status — require login.

2. How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used solely for the following purposes:

• Member registration and management
• Organizing and communicating about events and meetings
• Responding to inquiries
• Improving the Service

3. Use of Google APIs

Our administrative functions use the following Google APIs, scoped exclusively to the organization's official Google account (swanofjapan@gmail.com):

• Google Calendar API: Used to create and manage calendar entries for SWAN Japan events and meetings in the organization's Google Calendar. We do not read or write to members' personal calendars.
• Google Drive API / Google Docs API: Used to create and manage documents such as meeting agendas and minutes within the organization's Google Drive.

Data accessed through these APIs is used only for the purposes stated above. We do not use this data for advertising, share it with third parties, or transfer it outside the organization except as necessary to operate the Service. Google API credentials (refresh tokens) are stored in a PostgreSQL database on our server, accessible only to authorized administrators, and transmitted only over encrypted connections.

Our use of Google APIs complies fully with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Sharing with Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law. SWAN Japan does not offer paid services or advertising, and we do not use personal information for any commercial purpose.

5. Data Storage and Security

Personal information and Google API credentials are stored in a database on our managed server. We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss of data.
